you know, thr always 'accusations' saying during the voting or pilihanraya, ada 'undi hantu'??
these 2 'ic numbers' are the examples of those 'undi hantu' la...
'they' are registered in daftar pemilih, and 'their votes' count (which entah vote kpd pihak mana satu)
but, looking at the dafter pemilih, 'they' are born on 188o-an!
so, adakah mungkin mereka masih hidup? and jadi, siapakah yang mengundi bagi pihak mereka?
